Process Technology for Framework of Radar Main Console

本文分析了主控台骨架的结构工艺性,探讨主控台骨架的加工工艺过程,重点分析了板料弯曲成型,零、部件焊接等主要工序,提出了容易出现问题、缺陷的解决措施,在不同型号主控台加工中得到验证。

Structure mechanical processing technique of main console framework is analyzed; machining technology process of the framework is discussed ; and main working procedures （ such as sheet metal bending formation, welding of parts and components） are analyzed in particular. Solutions to solve or prevent problems and defects easily occur are proposed, and effectiveness of the solutions is verified in processing of different type of main console.
