原发性开角型青光眼早期小梁切除术治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation of early trabeculectomy in primary open angle glaucoma

目的：观察原发性开角型青光眼（ＰＯＡＧ）早期小梁切除术的远期效果。方法：随访５年以上的ＰＯＡＧ早期手术治疗组与药物治疗一年以上再手术的对照组，就眼压、视野改变进行比较分析。结果：眼压控制在１５ｍｍＨｇ以下和进行性视野缺损，早期手术治疗组与对照组有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：将眼压控制在１５ｍｍＨｇ以下是青光眼治疗的理想水平。在眼压控制与进行性视野缺损方面。

To observe the long term effect of early trabeculectomy in primary open angle glaucoma(POAG),the intraocular tension and gradual change of visual field defect in early trabeculectomy group were compared with those of the control group in which after one year drug treatment trabeculectomy was performed.All were followed up more than five years.There was significant difference(P<0 01)between the two groups in intraocular tension which was controlled below 15mmHg and the gradual change of vis ual field defect.The intraocular tension controlled below 15mmHg was the ideal therapeutic outcome of glaucoma.The intraocular tension and gradual change of visual field defect of the early trabeculectomy group were much better than those of the control group.
