摘要
为了研究黏结剂对含铝炸药造型粉流散性和堆积密度的影响,使用炸药造型粉流散性测量仪,以A-Ⅸ-Ⅱ炸药为参比标准,对使用不同黏结剂体系制造的含铝炸药造型粉进行分析测试。结果表明,使用硬脂酸和聚异丁烯黏结剂体系,含铝炸药造型粉的流散性与A-Ⅸ-Ⅱ炸药相当,而堆积密度明显优于A-Ⅸ-Ⅱ炸药。采用该黏结剂体系制备出的含铝炸药造型粉更适合分步压装装药工艺。
In order to study the effect of the binder on the flowability and packing density of aluminized explosive moulding powder, using the flowability measuring instrument of explosives moulding powder, and taking A- IX - explosives as reference standard, the flowability of the explosives moulding powder manufactured by different binder systems was determined. The results show that the aluminized explosive powder with the binder system composed of stearic acid and polyisobutylene has the flowability level approaching that of A-IX- II explosives and packing density better than A- IX- II explosives. The aluminized explosive powder made by the binder system is more suitable for step-press-loading charge technology.
