摘要
金属微孔网布筛管是近年来新兴起的一种防砂筛管,在现场得到了广泛的应用,但是,其防砂机理、网布间的优化组合理论尚不明确。本文应用物理模拟实验方法,研究了金属微孔网布筛管的防砂机理和防砂精度。实验采用水平井流动方式进行模拟,经实验研究结果分析,明确了金属微孔网布组合中各层网布在挡砂过程中的作用,定量的描述了不同网布组合的挡砂精度,并得出了常规架桥理论不适用于金属微孔网布筛管防砂理论的结论,为生产和现场使用提供了一定的理论参考。
Mental microbore gauze of sand control liner/screen, developed in recent years, has been applied in field widely. However, the mechanism of sand control and the theory of gauze optimum composition is not clear about. So, This paper researched the mechanism of sand control and the accuracy of sand control using physical analog experimental technique. The experiment took the horizontal well flow regime to carry on the simulation. The result made the function of the each gauze in the combination of mental mierobore gauze clearly during the process of sand control, described the different accuracy in different combinations of gauze quantitatively, obtained the conclusion that conventional bridging theory is not suitable for the theory of mental microbore for production and the field using finally. gauze sand control liner and provided the certain reference
