溶胶-凝胶法制备Li_2O-SiO_2凝胶玻璃

The Gel and Glasses of Li 2O-SiO 2 System Prepared by Sol-Gel Process

用溶胶－凝胶法制备了Ｌｉ２Ｏ－ＳｉＯ２系统凝胶及其玻璃。研究了溶液水硅比、醇硅比对溶液胶凝时间的影响。利用ｘ－射线衍射与扫描电镜技术研究了１８Ｌｉ２Ｏ－８２ＳｉＯ２组分的析晶与分相特征。

The gel and glasses of Li 2O-SiO 2 system were prepared by sol-gel process.Influence of ratio of H 2OSi(OC 2H 5) 6and of ratio of C 2H 5OHSi(OC 2H 5) 4 on the gelling time of solution were researched,crystallization and phase separation of 18Li 2O-82SiO 2 system were studied using X-ray diffraction and SEM.
