橡胶树PR107气刺微割排胶影响面胶乳pH值测定及分析 被引量:2

摘要 橡胶树胶乳产量与排胶影响面的大小呈显著正相关,排胶影响面的确定有助于科学规划割面、评估新的采胶方式、探索胶树再生合成部位等。本研究通过测定割胶前后胶树不同高度的胶乳pH值,分析其变化规律,确定胶树的排胶影响面。结果表明,乙烯刺激改变了胶树胶乳pH值的空间分布,割胶后胶树胶乳pH值逐渐回复原有水平。 The geometry of flow area of a rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) is correlated significantly with latex yield. Defining the geometry of the flow area is conducive to layout of tapping panel, assessment of a new tapping system and locating of latex regeneration site of a rubber tree. The geometry of flow area could be defined simply and conveniently by measuring pH of latex at parts of different heights of a rubber tree before and after tapping. The pH of latex of rubber trees at different heights were measured before and after tapping, and its change was analyzed to determine the flow area in the rubber trees. The results showed that spatial distribution of the latex pH in the rubber trees under gas stimulated micro-cut tapping system was changed due to ethylene gaseous stimulation but the pH was restored to its original level after tapping.
