摘要
分析科研事业单位绩效考核存在的问题,提出因岗而异,采取不同的绩效考核办法,规范和完善绩效考核程序,合同转化和利用考核成果等措施,达到提高科研事业单位的人力资源管理水平,提升科技创新能力的目的。
