加强办公室信息化建设 提高院所行政办公效能

Strengthening Information Building of General Offices to Improve Administrative Efficacy of CATAS and Its Subordinates

热科院地处海南、广东两省六市,下设14个科研单位和3个附属单位,办公室信息化程度直接关系到整个院所信息化建设和管理水平,关系到整个院所的行政与效能。本文通过对办公室信息化建设的意义、内容的剖析,从我院办公室信息化建设的实效性、安全性和长效性等三个方面提出建设性意见。

Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences （CATAS） is located in Hainan and Guangdong provinces, and consists of 14 research institutions and 3 affiliated units. Informatization of general offices of CATAS and its subordinates is directly related not only to the information building and management but also to the administration and performance of the whole academy. Content and significance of information building for the general offices were discussed, based on which suggestions were put forward in the aspects of actual efficiency, safety and sustainability of CATAS office information building.
