载重子午线轮胎带束层膨胀率与耐久性能关系的探讨

摘要 通过应用Abaqus软件建立轮胎三维有限元模型,分析轮胎耐久性损坏(带束层层间脱层)机理,以LE12和SENER为主要参数,探讨载重子午线轮胎带束层膨胀率与耐久性能之间的关系。结果表明,带束层膨胀率主要对带束层角度和宽度有影响,进而影响轮胎的耐久性能。 Taking tear strain LE12 and energy parameter SENER as main factors,the correlation between belt swelling rate and endurance of TBR tire was studied by analyzing mechanism of tire break(separation of belt layers) in endurance test with the application of 3-dimensional finite element model created from Abaqus software.The results showed that belt swelling rate mainly affect angle and width of belt,so the endurance of finished tire was influenced.
