Application of 3+9+15×0.245HT steel cord in carcass ply of OTR radial tire

研究3+9+15×0.245HT钢丝帘线在全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明,3+9+15×0.245HT钢丝帘线直径、线密度和破断力较小,耐疲劳性能优异;采用3+9+15×0.245HT钢丝帘线替代7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线用于全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎体,成品轮胎耐久性能显著提高,轮胎质量减小,生产成本降低。

The application of 3＋9＋15×0.245HT steel cord in carcass ply of OTR radial tire was investigated.The results showed that the 3＋9＋15×0.245HT steel cord possessed smaller diameter and linear density,lower breaking strength,and excellent fatigue resistance;by using 3＋9＋15×0.245HT steel cord instead of 7×7×0.22＋0.15HT steel cord in the carcass ply of OTR radial tire,the endurance performance of finished tire was improved significantly,the tire weight and production cost were reduced.
