转膛定位过程动力学分析

摘要 转膛体作间歇的转停运动,在其停留位置上,为了实现准确可靠的定位,设置有双向卡锁装置。从动力学的角度对转膛体的定位过程进行了详细分析,得出了定位过程中撞击冲量和撞击能量损失的变化规律,提出了结构设计中应采取的措施,以减小转膛体定位过程中的撞击,进而提高其定位精度。 The revolver of cannon is a kinetic object that rotates and pauses regularly. In its pausing position, a locker device is set symmetrically to precisely and credibly locate the proper position of the revolver. The locating process of the revolver was elaborately analyzed from the view of dynamics theory, and the change laws of impact impulse and loss of energy in this locating process were acquired. Based on them and several other considerations, some methods and means were put forward to reduce impact and improve locating precision in process of revolver location.
