为了适应不断变化的物流运输需求,需要不断完善多式联运的形式,组建虚拟多式联运企业是一种有效的方式。文中首先对组建虚拟多式联运企业进行可行性分析,接着从组织结构、合作伙伴选择、分配制度建立三方面进行研究。最后对发展虚拟多式联运企业提出几点发展思路。

In order to adapt to the changing logistics requirements, we need to improve the multi-modal transport forms constantly. Formation of VirtualMulti-modal transport Enterprise is an effective approach. In this paper, the author first analyses the feasibility of formation of virtual Multi-modal transport Enterprise, then studies it from the organizational structure, partner selection and distribution system. Finally, a few development ideas are made to the development of the Virtual Multi-modal transport Enterprise.
