摘要
4PL是市场整合的必然结果。文中认为资源整合能力是4PL企业核心竞争力的关键。第四方物流的出现可以有效的整合中国物流产业,并引领中国物流业的健康发展。第四方物流带来物流产业的服务创新,必须建立在公共信息平台,供应链一体化,行业内和跨行业的标准化,稳定的同盟关系和电子商务的基础之上。文中详细阐述了4PL服务创新的战略和理念,其服务创新必须采取CS战略,坚持TQM理念,注重对4PL业务流程的重组、组织变革和技术创新,实现供应链的协作与同步,实现系统的高效运作,资源的高效利用和整合,最终达到系统的最优化。
4PL is the inevitable result of market integration. This paper argues that resource integration capability is the core competitiveness of 4PL enterprises. The emergence of 4PL can effectively integrate China's logistics industry, and lead the healthy development of China's logistics industry. Service innovation of logistics industry brought by 4PL must be based on public information platform, supply chain integration, inner-industry and cress-industry standardization, stable alliance relations and e-commerce. This paper describes strategies and ideas of service innovation of 4PL, and the service innovation must take CS strategy, adhere to TQM, and focuse on business process reengineering, organizational change and technological innovation of 4PL in order to achieve collaboration and synchronization of the supply chain, efficient operation of the system, efficient use and integration of resources, and ultimately achieve optimization of the system.
