紧急事态下城市居民疏散集结点设置问题研究

中国是一个地域广阔,地理容貌复杂的国家,所以针对不同地区制定疏散计划时要所有区分,结合自身地区优势,因地制宜地选取紧急避难集结点和疏散路线。文中首次选用集合覆盖法来求解集结点的最小个数以及分布位置,除了考虑安全等因素外,还考虑了紧急疏散的时间紧迫性问题,这对现有的集结点设置工作有极大的启示作用。

China is a country of vast geographical and complex visage. It is required that emergency evacuation assembly points and evacuation routes for different regions must be combined with their regional superiority to adjusting measures to local conditions when they are set. The method of laying over the aggregate to explain the minimal number of assembly points and distributing positions is used for the first time in this article, and the urgency of emergency evacuation time for the issue is taken in to account in this article in addition to considering such factors as security, which will inspire the focal point of the current setting work greatly.
