Multi-mediums and nets in foreign language teaching is a combined product of information technology and foreign language teaching. As a new teaching means, its development and application have influenced the theory and practice in foreign language teaching. They have caused further reformation in foreign language teaching. The paper focuses on researching the theoretical basis of information technology which is used in foreign language teaching, that is structural learning theory, multi-intelligence theory, charted theory.
