边远农牧区班主任校本培训的困境及其消解——以甘南藏族农牧区的研究为例

摘要 班主任是学生主要的"精神关怀者"、影响学生发展的"重要他人",其岗位性质比一般教师更富于专业性和技术性,推进班主任专业化发展是新时期加强班主任队伍建设的迫切需要。边远农牧区开展的旨在促进班主任专业化发展的校本培训实践陷入了诸如水平低、实效性差、盲目实践等等的困境之中,实行专业引领、丰富学习资源、开展协同行动研究等可消解此困境。 The head teachers are caring for the spirit of the students and have a vital impact on them, thus their jobs are much more professional and technical in general, to promote professional development of head teachers are an urgent need in new period for strengthening the team development of head teachers. School-based training for head teachers carried out in remote agricultural and pastoral areas to promote the professional development get into the troubles, such as low level, poor time effect, blind practice. The problems could be solved by implementing professional leading, enriching learning resources, carrying out collaborative research.
