摘要
我国掀起企业文化建设第二次高潮之际,我们看到,在理论和实践上都取得了许多可喜成果的同时,企业文化建设中也出现了诸如企业文化建设大而全、大而空,企业文化的核心内容频繁修改,母子公司的企业文化不一致等一些值得注意的问题。对此,应从突出企业文化建设特色,坚持以人为本,与思想政治工作相融共进等方面加强企业文化建设。
On the time when we launched the second wave of cultttral construction in enterprise, we witnessed at the same time of much favorite fruit in theory and practice were achieved, there appeared in cultural construction in enterprise some problems worth noticing such as large and all inclusive, large and hollow cultttral construction in enterprise, frequently changed content of cultural construction and mother and branch company' s enterprise culture not in accordance. So, we should strengthen cultural construction in enterprise in terms of extruding special features of cultural construction in enterprise, persisting in human orientation, melting and progressing with ideological and political work.
