摘要
企业要实现可持续发展,科技是支撑,人才是保证。如何加强科技人才队伍建设,始终是企业发展中的关键问题。结合企业实际,创新五种机制,解决五大问题,达到充分调动科技人员的积极性,促进科研成果的转化,提高自主创新能力,推动企业科学可持续发展的目标。
To realize sustained development for the enterprise, science is the support and intelligent is the guarantee. How to strengthen intelligent team construction is the most important for the enterprise all the time. Combined with practice in enterprise, five mechanisms were innovated, five problems were solved, and the activeness of the scientist and technicians were fully mobilized, so as to reach the target: to promote transfer of scientific research result, improve self innovation ability, to promote enterprise science to develop sustained.
