高度重视思想政治工作,是我们党的优良传统和政治优势。大力培养思想政治工作人才(文内统称"政工人才"),是加强思想政治工作的重要保证。结合政工人才特征,分析其培养中存在的问题。运用人力资源开发和激励理论,从重视个人职业生涯设计、人才培训、人才选拔、建立有利于人才发展的薪酬激励机制、培育独特企业文化、营造和谐团队等方面,提出了培养政工人才的策略。

Illustrated concept and characteristics of ideology and politics intelligent, analyzed existing problems in cultivation of ideology and politics intelligent. Presented policy of cultivation of ideology and politics intelligent by means of theory of development and stimulation of human resources, in terms of paying attention of individual professional career design of ideology and politics intelligent, providing intelligent cultivation, paying attention to selection of intelligent in- side, establishing wage stimulation system favorable for intelligent development, cultivation of special enterprise culture and constitution of harmonious team.
