能源是经济增长和社会发展的重要物质基础。能源安全问题受到各国的普遍关注。研究美国自工业化以来能源供需的变化,及其在能源供需缺口不断扩大情况下所采取的一系列行之有效的能源政策和能源战略。研究结果对我国能源安全和国民经济持续、健康地发展具有重要的现实意义。

Energy is an important material basis in economic growth and social development. Energy security issues is concerned generally by all countries. In this paper, we study the energy supply and demand changes since the industrialization of America. And then we analyze a series of effective energy policy and energy strategy in the case of the continuously increasing gap between supply and demand in the energy.
