西南大学运动训练专业人才培养现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Creating Sports Training Specialty in Southwest University

本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法,对西南大学运动训练专业的培养现状,人才培养目标的定位、专项开展、课程设置、就业状况的现状进行调查与分析,并提出运动训练专业人才的培养应进一步拓宽专业培养目标口径,建立与培养目标相适应的课程体系,增加民族传统特色体育课程的开设,专项尝试"一主一辅"的建议。

Through using the method of literature review and questionnaire, this paper makes investigation on cultivation condition of sport training specialty, orientation of talent cultivation, specific development, curricular arrangement and employment condition, puts forward that specific talent cultivation of sport training should further increase the channels of specific training , establishes suitable curricular system and sets up national traditional sport class.
