Based on explanation of different kind of beauty of aerobics, this paper analyzes the competitive calisthenics from the visual and psychological aspects of the impact on the audience. The main purpose is to form the shape of self - awareness of the beauty, develop good character quality, increase personal cultivation and connotations and improve the quality of life.
