Investigation of mental health state in relatives of patients with mental disability

目的:调查精神残疾患者家属心理健康状况,并分析相关的影响因素。方法:采用90项症状清单(SCL-90),对随机抽取的43例样本进行调查与分析。结果:SCL-90总分与常模比较差异无统计学意义,而躯体化及人际关系因子分则差异显著,且与年龄等因素有相关性。结论:贫困精神残疾患者家属心理健康问题应引起关注。

Objective： To investigate the mental health state of relatives of patients with mental disability , and to analyze the related influenced factors. Method：Symptom checklist-90 （SCL-90）was administered to 43 cases for investigation. Results：Total score had no significant difference from the norm,but there were significant differenecs in somatization and interpersonal relationship,and the subscale scores were correlated with age. Conclusion： Mental health problem in relatives of patients with mental disability must be paid attention to.
