阿立哌唑与利培酮对血糖、血脂的影响

Effects of aripiprazole and risperidone on metabolism

目的:比较阿立哌唑与利培酮对男性精神分裂症患者血糖和血脂代谢的影响。方法:将60例男性精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组(n=30)和利培酮组(n=30),分别给以阿立哌唑和利培酮片口服,入组时和治疗8周后分别检测两组空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白及体质量水平和PANSS分值。结果:治疗前两组患者各项指标相比差异均无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后利培酮组体质量增加,总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白升高,阿立哌唑组则改变不显著。结论:阿立哌唑对男性精神分裂症血糖、血脂及体质量的影响小于利培酮。

Objective：To compare the effects of aripiprazole and risperidone on blood glucose and lipids in male schizophrenics. Method ：60 male schizophrenics were randomly divided into aripiprazole group（ n = 30 ） and risperidone group（ n = 30）. They were treated with aripiprazole and risperidone respectively. Their levels of blood glucose, total cholesterol ,triglyceride, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol （HDL）, low density lipo- protein-cholesterol （LDL） and weight were measured at baseline and after 8 weeks treatment. Results：There were no significant differences in the levels of blood glucose, lipids and weights between two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The weight gains, total cholesterol and LDL in fisperidone group were higher affter than before treatment. The aripiprazole group had no significantly change. Conclusion： Aripiprazole has fewer effects on blood glucose and lipids than risperidone.
