摘要
本技术是依据纸板方格蔟形状,熟蚕驱动向上性原理,主要利用木材制作成有640个结茧孔格的木制自动旋转方格蔟具,替代传统生产中使用的塑料折蔟、纸板方格蔟,克服折蔟上茧率不高,茧质差,次下茧多,纸板方格蔟不能反复多次利用、清洁消毒不便、悬挂费时等弊端,达到既提高蚕茧质量,又降低劳动强度和购置成本,从而提高生产效率、效益的目的。
Working by the principle of matured silkworm climbing up the paper - board partitioned cocoon holders, the technology used wood to make auto -spinning wooden quadrilled mount with 640 cocooning lattices to replace the tradi- tional plastic mount and paper - board partitioned eoooon holders. The technology overcame the disadvantages such as the low eooooning rate and poor cocoon quality for the traditional plastic mount, and once - off application and inconven- ient sterilization and time - wasting hanging for paper - board partitioned cocoon holders, so that the cocoon quality can be bettered and the labor intensity and acquisition cost can be lowered, and therefore improving the productive efficiency and benefit.
