近年来移动计算技术的应用已日趋成熟，随着手持移动终端（PDA）的普及与低价化，企业信息系统及管理模式的无线化、移动化、智能化势不可挡。目前许多企业，已经率先导入企业移动信息系统，增强企业竞争力优化管理流程。随着新一次医改计划的发布，医疗行业的行动化、智能化被提上日程。
In recent years,with the utilization of mobile computers,and popularization of PDA as well as inexpensive trend,enterprise's information system and management mode started to cater for mobile,active and intelligent trend. At present,many forerunning enterprises have made the lead to bring mobility system,strengthening the management procedure. With the release of new round of medical reform,mobility for medical service will be put on the agenda.
