On the Construction of System Culture in University Libraries

高校图书馆制度文化建设要坚持服务导向,突出服务育人的特点。制度文化建设要以树立高校图书馆特色的馆风为核心,以解放思想、唤醒广大馆员对制度文化的认同感为基本点,以更新服务观念,强化制度文化创新意识,坚持科学定位,营造和谐制度文化为措施,构建具有自身特色的现代制度文化新体系。

The paper holds that the construction of system culture in university libraries should stick to the service orientation, and stress on the features of service quality and educating persons. The construction project may carry out in the following ways ： centering on building up a particular university library spirit ; focusing on the central task of emancipation of mind and making the librarians have the identity of system culture ; taking the measures to renew the service concept, to intensify the new ideas of system culture, to stick to the scientific orientation, to build up a harmonious system culture environment. With all these in mind we can have a modern system culture with the special characteristics of our own.
