摘要
系统分析了工程估价课程的体系设置、师资队伍建设、教学资源整合、教学过程设计、考核评价体系等方面存在的问题。提出了"模块式"教学大纲制订,"双师型"师资队伍建设、教学资源的整合和拓展,合作性学习、研究性学习,过程评价、自我评价等措施,以保证了教学目标的实现。
The paper has a detailed analysis of problems existing in the teaching of Engineering Appraisal in terms of curriculum system, building of ranks of teachers, integration of teaching resources, design of teaching process and evaluation system. Also the paper puts forward the measures to solve the problems, such as drawing the " modular" teaching curriculum, building of ranks of " double-role" teachers, the integration and expansion of teaching resources, "collaborate study" , "research study", " process evaluation" and " self-evaluation". Theses measures can be of great help to accomplish the teaching target.
