In the changing information age with every passing day, education has made fundamental changes by its contents, forms and approaches which makes higher requirements for the rural teachers. The author expatiates on how the rural teachers confront the new situation and requirement and proposes how they exhale the old and inhale the new approaches about the knowledge, views and ability of modern educational technology.
