互联网的快速兴起，对学校传统的德育教育带来强烈的冲击和严峻的挑战，网络的特殊性同时也为学校德育工作提供了机遇，创造了良好的平台。列举网络的负面影响，提出应加强网络管理，占领网络教育这个新阵地，在网上建立德育基地，充分利用网络对学生进行教育，进而提出广泛开展丰富多彩的网络德育工作的做法和应对网络负面效应的措施。

The rapid rise of the Internet on the traditional moral education in schools has brought a strong impact and a severe challenge, and the specificity of the network in schools provides the opportunity to create a good platform to improve moral education in schools. This article lists the negative effect of network and suggests the network management should be strengthened, occupy network education of the new positions, build moral base line, and take full advantage of network education to students. What＇ s more, the article also puts forward measures to show extensive network of rich and varied practice of moral education.
