The global financial crisis triggered by Wall Street not only caused tremendous impact on the US economy, but also made a huge attack to the world economy. Based on my own knowledge, opinion and understanding to the crisis, as well as other people＇s points of view, this essay makes a deep analysis on the securitizing trade finance which really brought the ＂financial tsunami＂ to the boil. The essay includes the following aspects： the historical background when securitising trade finance appeared; how securitizing trade finance operates; the reasons why the perfect cross-century innovative financial instruments were extinct; and the future pattern of the possible global financial integration.
