摘要
在普通本科院校的发展进程中,"依靠自身发展空间合理开发和利用人事档案信息资源",已成为此类院校有效发挥人才资源优势的重要途径。目前普本院校的人事档案工作普遍存在着"档案信息质量不高、管理机制不完善、档案管理手段滞后"等问题,本文从多角度分析了问题产生的原因,并针对性的提出一系列的改革思路与建议。
During the development of ordinary colleges and universities, it is an important way to develop and reasonably utilize the information resources of the personnel archives by exerting talent resources advantage. At present, there are many problems in the management of personnel archives at ordinary colleges and universities such as low quality of archives information resources, imperfect management mechanism and lagged management means. In this article, the reasons of the problems are analyzed and a series of reform ideas and suggestions on the problems are put forward.
