摘要
在煤系硫铁矿处理含镍废水过程中,废水的pH值、反应时间、粒度、加入量、温度、搅拌等对Ni2+的去除率影响较大。在煤系硫铁矿中加入不同配比的还原铁粉进行改性处理,结果表明煤系硫铁矿与还原铁粉的比例为100∶10,加热温度为200℃时,对镍的去除率明显提高。
In the process of nickel wastewater treatment by coal-derived pyrites, factors such as PH value of wastewater, reacting time, granularity and adding amounts of coal gangue, reaction temperature and stir manner have a remarkable impact on the removal rate of Ni( Ⅱ). The modified pyrites in coal gangue by deoxidized iron has better performance with the best technical parameters of ratio (pyrites deoxidized iron) 100 ∶ 10, treatment temperature 200 ℃ .
