急倾斜煤层大段高开采围岩变形数值模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对新疆苇湖梁煤矿急倾斜煤层大段高综放开采的实际,利用有限差分程序FLAC3D对20m段高工作面分段开采过程中围岩变形规律进行了数值模拟研究。研究表明:大段高开采过程中顶板的位移变形量明显大于底板。开采后顶板岩层中易形成卸载拱结构,在该结构保护下,顶板侧岩层的位移变化将经历缓慢增长—水平位移快速增长—竖向位移快速增长—破坏垮落的过程,使得大段高开采条件下顶板岩层发生大范围垮落的可能性大幅降低。数值研究所得结论对于现场实际生产有一定的借鉴作用。 To counter to the fact of large-sectional fully-mechanized caving mining of steep seams in Weihuliang Coal Mine in Xinjiang,the numerical simulation study was conducted on the surrounding rock deformation regularity in the sectional extraction process of the coal face with 20m sectional height by means of finite difference FLAC3D.The results show that the displacement deformation of roof is evidently greater than that of floor.The 'unloading arch' structure may easily form in roof strata after extraction.Under the protection of this structure,displacement of roof strata will experience a change process from slow growth to the rapid growth of horizontal displacement,the rapid growth of vertical displacement and caving,which largely reduced the possibility of roof caving in a large range under the large-sectional mining conditions.The conclusions obtained by numerical study have a certain reference to the on-site production.
