我国南方某地区煤矿事故频发原因分析

Analysis on Causes of Coal Mine Accidents Frequently Occurred in Some Southern Region in Our Country

根据我国南方某地区3年多的煤矿事故统计和现场调查资料,分析了影响该地区煤矿事故多发的时间、环境和管理等因素。通过对地方小煤矿事故深入分析,提出以技术力量雄厚的规模化煤矿带动地方小煤矿,加快资源整合,做好煤矿技术人才引进和职工安全培训工作,加强企业安全生产管理,完善安全生产监督机制等措施,促进地方煤炭工业持续、稳定、健康发展。

In this paper,analysis was conducted on the factors affecting the time,environment and management of frequent occurrence of coal mine accidents in some southern region in our country according to the statistics and on-the-spot investigation data of coal mine accidents happened in recent three years in this region.Through thorough analysis on the accidents happened in small local coal mines,the authors put forward the measures of bringing along small local mines with the large mines having rich technical force,speeding up the integration of the resources,doing well the introduction of technical persons and the safety training of staff members and workers,reinforcing the management of safe production,perfecting the supervision mechanism of safe production and so on.All of these will promote the sustainable,constant and healthy development of local coal industry.
