摘要
以典型的数控铣削加工中心为例,对VERICUT的自动换刀仿真技术进行了研究,给出了具体的实现方法和步骤;经过仿真加工证明了方法的正确性,提高了数控编程的效率,缩短了制造周期。
On the basis of typical CNC machining center,the automatic tool changing technology in VERICUT is studied and the methods and steps are expounded.The correction is proved by machining simulation,which improves the efficiency in the programming,shorten the machining periods.
