以水浴+空浴方式,采用铝翅片星形管自制了液氮汽化装置,实现液氮汽化;并对由液氮与氨分解供气的烧结气氛系统的应用进行了研究,试图为烧结零件生产企业探索一种简单易行的液氮汽化装置和方法。

Liquid nitrogen was evaporated in method of water bath ＋ air bath by the liquid nitrogen vaporization was made with starlike aluminum finned tube.Application of sintering atmosphere system from liquid nitrogen and ammonia decomposition was studied.A simple and feasible of device or way of liquid nitrogen vaporization was explored for powder metallurgical production enterprises.
