摘要
利用钣金成形分析软件DYNAFORM对平衡拉杆内板进行零件边界的展开计算,考虑后序拉延工艺的需要确定其落料形状和尺寸,设计了落料件的排样方案,并介绍了卷料送进、导向和定位方式、搭边设定、废料排出、模具构造和模具材料的选用;可为汽车车身梁类及厚板料零件的落料级进模的设计提供借鉴和参考。
The part boundary line of Tower Bar Inner was estimated by using DYNAFORM,the metal sheet forming simulation software.By considering the forward Forming procedure,the blanking shape and size was decided,and the blanking layout was designed.The coil s feeding、guide and location type、feed bridge setting、scrap out-flowing、die structure and the selection of die materials were introduced.It could be reference for the progressive blanking die design of vehicle body s cross member and thicker parts.
