摘要
在零件加工过程中,当工艺基准与设计基准不重合时,按转换后的工艺尺寸进行加工、测量,就会出现假废品的现象;通过实例,分析了假废品产生的原因和公差带的确定方法;并建立了多环尺寸链"假废品"区域的计算公式;指出了"假废品"的防止及减少影响的一些措施。
During manufacturing,a phenomenon of the false junk will appears when the part is machined and measured by transited process dimension on the condition of craft datum and design datum non-coincidence.The cause of false junks,the determination of tolerance zone and the false junks zone formulations of multi-loop size of chain were give under the analysis of a example.Some methods to reduce or prevent the false junks were pointed out.
