摘要
由于组织环境不确定性加剧,组织成员会表现出由意义缺失而导致的茫然状态,本研究关注领导对不确定情境的意义给赋问题,研究的主要思想:一是和谐主题不仅是领导对于不确定情境下组织当期关键问题和核心任务的识别,它更具有一种"意义"载体的作用,向组织成员传递着领导对解决组织当期问题的主张和预见;二是和谐主题框定将影响所呈现信息内容的"意义",进而影响组织成员对其的理解和响应程度。本研究提出和谐主题正是领导在不确定情境下,向下属传达自己所识别的组织当期核心任务和关键问题,这将成为组织成员"意义"获取的关键途径,它所赋予下属的"意义"将成为指导其行为的参照点。
For the environment of organization was becoming uncertain, the members of the organization would be confused because of the sense-losing.This study was focused on the leader's sense-giving problem under the uncertainty situation.The main ideas were:firstly, HeXie theme is not only the leader's identification of key issues and core tasks for the current organization's uncertainty situation, it also had the function of carriage of'meaning', and sent the view and forecast of the current issues to their members;secondly, the framing of HeXie theme would influence the'meaning'of the information, and step further would influence the understanding and responses of it.In this study we proposed that HeXie theme just could fulfill this function.It would be the reference point for the members to get'meaning'for the key issues and core tasks of the organization's present situation.
