青岛市产业结构与就业结构互动协调发展研究

A Study on the Harmonious Development between Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Qingdao

以青岛市历年统计年鉴的数据资料为依据,通过对改革开放以来青岛市产业结构和就业结构变动趋势和相关性进行剖析,运用就业结构偏离度和就业弹性理论,对经济发展与就业拉动问题进行分析,提出了实现青岛市产业结构调整与充分就业目标协调发展的政策建议。

Based on the statistics data material for previous years of Qingdao, by the theory of structure deviation degree and employment elasticity, this paper studies the changing trend and the dynamic relation between the industrial structure and employment structure, carties on the analysis to the economical development and the employment drawing question, proposed policy suggestion to realizes the Qingdao industrial structure adjustment and the full employment goal coordinated development.
