摘要
生态经济在关注人与自然、追求环境友好、提倡可持续发展和否定资本主义经济模式等方面与传统经济划清了界限,但生态经济同时面对着生态风险。生态风险使人类社会健康发展处于威胁和伤害的可能性之中,它为生态经济的发展带来了复杂生态系统流变等新的变数以及如何有效地规避和防范生态风险等新的挑战。
The ecological economy draws a clear line of demarcation with the traditional economy on focusing of the relationship between man and nature, seeking environmental friendship, advocating sustainable development and negating the capitalist model of economy etc. Meanwhile ecological economy faces ecological risk. The ecological risk brings the development of human society into a threatening and harming situation. It creates the new variable factors on the evolution of the complex ecological system for development of ecological economy, and the new challenges on how to effectively avoid and prevent from ecological risk.
