摘要 组织政治是影响员工职业生涯成功的重要因素之一,但目前很少有学者进行这方面的实证研究,文章实证分析了我国企业中组织政治行为对员工职业生涯成功的影响。研究发现不同的政治行为对员工职业生涯有着不同的影响,柔性政治行为(讨好)有助于员工职业生涯成功,中性政治行为(自我宣传)和硬性政治行为(利益交换)不利于员工职业生涯成功。这些结论对员工职业生涯规划有一定的指导意义。 organizational politics is one of determinants of career success, few of these studies, however, have examined the effects of organizational politics on individuals'career success. The paper investigated the effect of organizational political behaviors on career success. Result indicated that different political behaviors exerted different effects on career success, soft political behaviors, manifesting ingratiation, resulted in higher level of career success while neutral political behaviors, manifesting self - promotion, and hard political behaviors, manifesting negotiation, resulted in lower levels of success. These results have important implications for individual career management.
