摘要
研究了电弧喷涂工艺参数对3Cr13和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢涂层组织结构和碳烧损量的影响.利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射方法分析了涂层的组织,用气体容量法测定了涂层的碳烧损量.讨论了电弧喷涂工艺因素影响的机理.
Effect of spraying parametefs on microsthecture and carbon-burned content of arc-sprayed 3Cr13 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel coatings was studied systematically Microstructure of coatings was analyzed by SEM and XRD. Carbon-burned content of 3Cr13 coating was tested by the method of carbon combustion. The effects of technological paraneters were discussed.
