热喷焊镍基自熔性合金(NiO_2)涂层的耐磨性及组织研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜、表面轮廓分析仪及磨损试验机等,分析研究了氧乙炔火焰喷焊镍基自熔性合金(NiO_2)粉末涂层的组织及其相结构、硬质相的形貌及分布、涂层的磨损性能及磨损规律,探讨了涂层具有高耐磨性的原因. The structure and wear resistance of thermal sprayed NiO_2 coating were studied by XRD, SEM, TEM, profilometry and wear testings. The topography and distrilution of hard phases were investigated. The wearing rule and the cause of high wear resistance of the coating wer also discussed.
