摘要
研究用微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法(MPT-AES)测定金属钝化剂中锑元素的含量。试样采用硝酸、盐酸进行氧化消解,用氮气做工作气和载气,采用气动雾化进样。详细考察微波功率、载气流量、工作气流量、氧屏蔽气压力、酸效应、共存离子等实验参数对测定的影响,得出测定金属钝化剂中金属锑的最佳工作条件,并进行系统优化,测得锑的检出限为1.9 μ g/L,线性范围在0~100mg/L,回收率在99%~100.2%之间,精密度(RSD)为2.10%。本实验开辟测定金属钝化剂中锑元素含量的一种分析方法。实验结果表明该方法是测定金属钝化剂中锑的一种快速、有效、实用的新型分析测试方法。
The anaLyticaL method for antimony eLement in nickLe passivator was studied by microwave pLasma torch atomic emission spectrometry (MPT-AES).Using microwave pLasma torch (MPT) as excitation Light source, argon as support and cartier gas, and peneumatic nebuLization sampLing system. Some experimentaL parameters, incLuding microwave forward power, fLow rate of carrier gas and support gas, oxygen shieLd pressure, effect of acid,coexistence ions were investigated and optimized. The detection Limits is 1.9 μ g/L, The recover was in the range of 99%-100.2%, and its RSD was 2.10%. The Linear range of the antimony eLements was 0-100mg/L. MPT-AES was an effective and practicaL method for determination of antimony in metaL passivator.
