摘要
设计以天然橡胶(NR)/氯丁橡胶(CR)为阻燃输送带的主要原料配方.采用Sb2O3、ZB(硼酸锌)以及Mg(OH)2作为阻燃体系,考察Sb2O3的用量,ZB与Sb2O3的并用等对共混橡胶的阻燃性能及力学性能.实验结果表明:Sb2O3、ZB以及Mg(OH)2在共混胶料中能产生协同阻燃效应.随Sb2O3用量的增加氧指数和燃烧等级均有提高,而拉伸强度和断裂伸长率下降,随三氧化二锑用量进一步增加,阻燃效果不再增加.于是采用ZB和Mg(OH)2做进一步的协同阻燃增强,使阻燃性能有所提高,得到了综合性能达到指标MT668-1997要求的输送带覆盖胶.
Natural rubber(NR) and neoprene(CR) were used as the main raw.Sb2O3,ZB and Mg(OH)2 were utilized as the flame retardants of the formulation.The experiment was performed on the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of the formulation.The results showed that Sb2O3,ZB and Mg(OH)2 had a synergistic effect on flame retardant.As the amount of Sb2O3 was increased,oxygen index and the level of combustion was strengthened,meanwhile tensile strength had a reduction.With the further amount of Sb2O3 was increased,flame retardant property was stable.Thus the adoption of ZB and Mg(OH)2 compound was able to increase co-retardant efficiency,and the property parameters had met the standard MT668-1997 when it was applied to produce conveyor belt of cover rubber.
