摘要 把数据挖掘应用到SNP和单体型分析,采用数据挖掘的方法得到SNP位点序列和单体型序列,从结构关系模式挖掘的角度,分析SNP位点之间、单体型之间可能存在的结构关系.并为用结构关系模式挖掘分析SNP和单体型之间的结构关系奠定基础. Since the international human genome haplotype map started,finding SNP and haplotype has been a hot spot in bioinformatics research.At present,the study of Haplotype is mainly in the field of medicine.Through sampling,detecting,classifying and sequencing the allele sites by experimental methods,such as medical reagents and PAGE,a lot of data were obtained.Combinating with statistical principle,data mining of structural pattern was executed after the gene sequence.Data mining method,such as proposed algorithm of position SNP and haplotype analysis,was used respectively.The foundation of structural relation pattern(SRP) mining was found via data mining analysis of the SNP and haplotype.
