地方工科院校“以学生为中心”的学分制教学管理模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Teaching Management Mode of "Student-centered" Credit System of Local Engineering Colleges

通过总结高校实行学分制教学管理制度的经验,研究了地方高校如何以学生为中心,构建适合大众化高等教育的新的教学管理模式,建立适合个性化人才培养的管理制度与人才培养计划,建立健全相应的配套措施与制度,制定出适应地方院校的学分制改革方案并加以实施。通过实行学分制等全方位的教学改革,学生综合素质得到了明显提高。

Based on the experiences in the implementation of credit system of the local engineering colleges, how to center around students, a new teaching management mode suitable for the mass higher education was constructed, the management systems and plan suitable for cultivating the individualized talents were established, the corresponding measures and systems were built and improved, the reform projects of credit system fit for local colleges were made and implemented. Through the all directional teaching reform of credit system implementing, the comprehensive qualities of students were significantly were enhanced.
