吻合器行痔上黏膜环切术加直肠前壁柱状缝合治疗女性直肠前突引起的出口梗阻型便秘的疗效观察

Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids Combined with Rectal Antetheca Styloid Suture in Treatment of Female Outlet Obstruction Constipation from Rectocele

目的探讨应用痔吻合器行痔上黏膜切除术(PPH)治疗因直肠前突引起的出口梗阻型便秘的临床效果。方法利用该手术治疗42例女性直肠前突患者,对其治疗效果进行分析。结果治愈27例,症状明显好转11例,症状缓解不佳4例。术前、术后1个月、术后3个月时的症状评分分别为:(16±2)分、(6±1)分、(5±1)分,差别有统计学意义(F=861.74,P<0.05)。结论PPH治疗直肠前突引起的出口梗阻型便秘疗效显著,并发症少,恢复快,近期效果较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of applying procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） with hemorrhoid anastomat on outlet obstruction constipation caused by rectoeele. Methods Totally 42 female patients with the rectocele were treated with this surgical operation. And the results were analyzed. Results There were 27 patients who got recovery, 11 whose symptoms were obviously improved, and 4 patients whose symptoms were not improved. The symptom scores before operation, one month and 3 months after operation were respectively （ 16 ± 2） , （ 6 ± 1 ） and （5 ± 1 ） , with a significant difference （ F = 861.74, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion PPH is of remarkable effect for outlet obstruction constipation caused by rectocele, being less in complication, quick in recover and good in short - term effect.
